Direction: Grace Apostolic Worldwide Ministries is headed by God and led by Bishop William D. Barlowe as the spirit of God has and continues to give guidance for day-to-day operations and spiritual direction.

Authority:  All organizational, operational, and functional authority rest with Bishop Barlowe, who as overseer, is accountable to God for all Bishops, Pastors, Evangelists, Ministers, Teachers, Deacons/Deaconesses, Administrators, et. al., that are licensed and/or ordained under Grace Apostolic Worldwide Ministries.

Our Creed, Discipline, Rules of Order and Doctrine... the Word of God as taught and revealed by the Holy Ghost.  (John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 2:9:13).  All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.  That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

As members of the Body of Christ, which is the true Church (Ephesians 1:22-23), the Word of God declares but one way of entrance therein and that is "by one Spirit are we all baptized into one Body" and that is a baptism of "Water and Spirit" (1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Galatians 3:26-28; Romans 6:3-4; John 3:5, and Acts 2:38).
